Chelsea’s Very Vanilla Yogurt Parfait
This is my go-to breakfast during the week (and some weekends) because it is packed with protein and fiber for staying power. Jazz it up with whatever fruit you want, and take advantage of seasonal varieties! I like to pre-portion my granola in Ziplock bags to bring to work during the week.
- 1 container Siggi’s Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 cup berries or chopped grapes
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Granola
Layer half of the yogurt in a bowl. Top with half the berry mixture and half of the granola. Layer with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola. Enjoy!
